Wine
Brokenwood Semillon was first made in 1982 when Brokenwood extended its range to include white wines. Semillon is a classic Hunter Valley varietal.
Harvested by hand, the fruit is crushed, chilled and immediately pressed. It is wild fermented in stainless steel. The wine sees no oak and no malolactic fermentation prior to bottling.
Luminous with green tints, Brokenwood Semillon has citrus intensity and zesty acidity in a lasting finish. Cellaring potential is three years.
